Quality Assurance
Labeling on products is checked to ensure that it complies with relevant laws and regulations*, voluntary industry standards, and Suntory Beverage & Food’s own standards. In addition, we endeavor to use accurate expressions that do not cause misunderstanding or misinterpretation, and expressions that are easy for consumers to understand, including in advertisements and publicity.
For each product, related departments work together using a labeling copy check sheet and other tools to rigorously check each item.
We investigate raw ingredients and confirm whether or not allergy labeling is required.
Regarding foods, in addition to the seven items required to be labeled by the Food Labeling Standards, we also label the 21 items recommended for labeling on our products.

At Suntory Beverage & Food, we provide labelling that gives the safety and security information (origin of raw ingredients and allergy information) that is in line with the social environment (recycling and SDGS).
